The internets are exploding with brand new music this week from SXSW, so I wanted to write about some music 2.0 sites that will help you discover new tunes.  What if tweets were sounds instead of characters?  That's the idea behind citysounds.fm.  You can use the site to listen to brand new sounds from all over the world.  The music is hosted on the tremendous Soundcloud.com, which you should definitely check out if you haven't already.  I could spend hours on there...
